Bought a new AMG car at this dealership and the purchasing process itself was fine. However, they did not have the second key at the day of the purchase for some reason and promised to mail it with purchasing process itself was fine. However, they did not have the second key at the day of the purchase for some reason and promised to mail it within a few days. was staying temporarily in Florida and did not know that the address was tagged as "vacant" with USPS. The process is that when it happens, the mail goes back to the original sender. The whole thing at that point had already taken a month. They used the cheapest mailing option to do so (with USPS) without any tracking and the mail got lost. The sales person and Wes Crane promised to reimburse for the new key if the original one is lost at first but then Wes took it back. Why would anyone send the key to the $150K vehicle in the regular mail without tracking? The worst part is that I expected the dealer to take care of it anyway but they ended up fighting with me claiming that it was all my fault. There are plenty dealers out there guys so, I highly recommend avoiding this one. More

TONY AGAIN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN GETTING ME THE EXACT CAR I WANTED. THIS IS OUR SIXTH SUCCESSFUL AND SATISFYING TRANSACTION. ON AN ADDED NOTE HE CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF TO DEAL WITH MY UNFORTUNATE BLOWN T CAR I WANTED. THIS IS OUR SIXTH SUCCESSFUL AND SATISFYING TRANSACTION. ON AN ADDED NOTE HE CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF TO DEAL WITH MY UNFORTUNATE BLOWN TIRE 4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE FROM A ROAD HAZARD AND ARRANGED FOR MY REPLACEMENT TIRE ON THE SAME DAY. HE GETS THE DEALER MEDAL OF HONOR FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. WILL DEFINITELY GET MY SEVENTH CAR FROM HIM WHEN THE TIME COMES. SHOUT OUT TO TONI WYMAN IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS WELL FOR EXCELLENT AND FAST SERVICE IN MY TIME OF NEED. More
