I was convinced that what I wanted could not be had, or would take months to arrive. Jonathan and I spoke initially for less than thirty minutes and during that time, he was able to find the car that met all of my specifications and demands, putting my best interest first, while reassuring me he was happy to do so. There was not a time that Jonathan pressured me towards something that was not exactly what I wanted. He was kind, respectful and patient with me, always accommodating my questions with quick response and never made me feel uncomfortable or problematic. This is my 4th purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater, which says a lot since I reside an hour away and have 2 other dealers closer to me. Bill Ashe has been my salesman on the last 3 of the 4 cars I have purchased at this dealership, and truly cares about helping me find the right car for my current needs. I had two GL450's at a time when my kids were younger and needed the extra room for all of their extracurricular activities, and am now back into a luxurious E-class now that they are off to college. :) And I also must mention my favorite service adviser, Stephen King, who also has always put my best interest first. There was a short time when he went to another dealership, which was a huge disappointment but I was so happy when he returned and became my service adviser again. He truly goes above and beyond with ensuring my vehicles are in top shape without trying to upsell on things that aren't necessary at the time. I also had a fantastic experience with Karen, the finance manager on the recent purchase of my E-class. She showed me all of the additional options available for my new car purchase and advised me of what would best meet my needs. Clearly, I can't say enough about this dealership and am always recommending them every chance I get! Highly recommend!!! More
