Not only did she get me an amazing deal on my Mercedes, but her patience, humor, and dedication made the process enjoyable. She worked tirelessly, even after hours, to ensure everything went smoothly, and then shipped my car out to my other house in Oklahoma! I was so impressed and happy that I bought another car for my daughter as well and When my daughter’s car was ready, Jor didn’t hesitate to drive to the airport to pick her up and bring her back to the dealership to take possession of her new car. She truly cares about her clients, and it shows. Thanks to Jor, we ended up buying two cars! If you’re in the market for a car, there’s no one else you should work with. She’s simply the best! More

**Google Review:** I contacted the sales department on November 29th about a 2019 E53 AMG and was assigned to Mamadou. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the le on November 29th about a 2019 E53 AMG and was assigned to Mamadou. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below the level of service advertised on the dealership’s website. Mamadou repeatedly promised to follow up with me at specific times, but he failed to do so. Despite expressing strong interest in the vehicle—having been searching for a black E53 for weeks—his lack of effort and interest in assisting me was frustrating. I felt like I had to chase him for updates, which should never be the case for a serious buyer. I waited for information on my trade-in and the vehicle’s availability, but Mamadou offered no proactive communication. When I reached out, he made excuses about being busy with walk-ins, as though my time was less important. A simple update would have taken seconds, but I was left waiting without answers. This lack of professionalism and disregard for a motivated customer was disheartening. I expected much better from a dealership of this caliber. I strongly urge management to address these service issues to avoid alienating future customers. This experience has made me reconsider doing business with this dealership entirely. More

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about the clowns at this dealership. Sent my wife home in someone else’s vehicle and gave hers to another couple. What a joke! How does this happen and to top it all at this dealership. Sent my wife home in someone else’s vehicle and gave hers to another couple. What a joke! How does this happen and to top it all off, they make it sound like they are doing us a favor for them making this monumental error. The car we bought has totally different interior, wheels, etc…. Just a joke. Won’t be back for another vehicle from them. More
