I have been taken care of by Scott in the service of my sprinter for awhile now and I can’t say enough about him or this dealership. We took our Sprinter based motorhome for its first 10,000 mile service. Scott Williamson is one of the best service advisors we have ever had. He took the time to enter all our Sprinter’s information into th mile service. Scott Williamson is one of the best service advisors we have ever had. He took the time to enter all our Sprinter’s information into the Mercedes Benz network and explain to us that in the future, every Mercedes Benz dealer will be able to access our information and know exactly what has been done to our rig. He also told us that since our screen did not show a “service needed” warning, he could save us some money by not writing up a Flex A service contract. I asked him if they could also rotate our tires, but he was honest and told us that their lifts were not strong enough to raise our motorhome and explained clearly how the tire rotation should be done by a tire shop. He gave us his business card and told us to call him anytime if we had any further questions. In our book, Scott gets an A+ rating More
