One of the the friendliest dealerships I’ve been to. Derrick and Shad are excellent professionals that won’t leave you feeling manipulated or offended. I needed service on car along w warranty work. I was recently diagnosed with illness and staying at MD Anderson in Houston. I felt like it was a great time to get needed work done , it also saved me $ not keeping car at medical center parking. The technicians were aware of my situation and kept me apprised of the work being done & were happy w letting me keep car there until close to discharge date. Had some road rash taken off wheels , car detailed inside and out and all necessary work completed. I’ve heard good things about Mercedes of Clear Lake and am definitely satisfied w professionalism and help during my medical issues. Thank you ! More
They failed to disclose a prior accident, instead blaming the absence of the incident on CARFAX. However, my mechanic identified the issue within the first five minutes of inspection. Additionally, they neglected to inform me about an existing recall on the vehicle. To make matters worse, the mileage on the paperwork was incorrect. When I initially spoke with Brett, the sales manager, I was met with smooth-talking sales tactics and no accountability. However, after the issues I raised, Brett finally took some responsibility. It’s clear that either dishonesty or poor-quality mechanics are at play here. Regardless, withholding crucial information from a buyer is completely unacceptable. More
