I value the advice of Shane Krem, my right hand at Mercedes Benz of Clear Lake and take his every word seriously. Even on days when I just drop in for him to check how the beast is doing. He gives me that look, that says you worry too much. So Service A, today was a breeze as usual and I returned home feeling I am the luckiest girl in the world. Thank you 🙏🏾 Shane. More
The estimates were provided correctly. They also offered free ride to and from the dealership to home. Would visit them again for service requirements. They also offered free ride to and from the dealership to home. Would visit them again for service requirements. More

Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the Mercedes brand. Jair Sempero, the salesperson assigned to us, demonstrated unprofessionalism and a lack disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the Mercedes brand. Jair Sempero, the salesperson assigned to us, demonstrated unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for our time throughout the process. Initially, we negotiated a deal on a CLE that sold before we could see it. Instead of offering alternatives, Jair simply dismissed us with a text saying the car was sold. A week later, I discovered another CLE on their website and scheduled an appointment for my wife and me to view it. She even took time off work to attend. Jair initially tried not to honor the price we had agreed upon for the first vehicle but eventually relented after multiple texts. When we arrived, the car was dirty, with oily handprints all over it from the service team removing a wheel. Upon inspecting it, I found the plastic wheel well sitting inside the trunk, missing from the car. Jair tried to brush this off, claiming it still needed to be ordered and was "safe to drive." I then noticed a wiring harness hanging over the front wheel and asked if that seemed safe to him. He was at a loss for words and took the car back to the service department, who confirmed it was unsafe to drive. Despite my earlier request to schedule us when the vehicle was ready for delivery, this was completely disregarded. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager. We waited for 5–6 minutes, watching the manager remain seated at his desk as if our concerns didn’t matter. Finally, we walked past both Jair and the manager, who watched us leave without so much as an apology or acknowledgment. We went to Sewell in Katy the next day, where the service and professionalism were leagues above what we experienced at Clear Lake. Five days later, no one from Clear Lake has reached out to apologize. If I were Jerry Bush, I’d take a hard look at how Leo Bocato and Alan Saad allow customers to be treated at this dealership. This level of service is an embarrassment to the Mercedes brand, and we will never be returning to this location. More
