My husband and I visited the dealership on July 15th to test drive a specific vehicle that was on the web site. Shane helped us and when we returned from the test drive, he talked about how the dealership test drive a specific vehicle that was on the web site. Shane helped us and when we returned from the test drive, he talked about how the dealership works very hard to develop customer loyalty. We really liked the car, and called Shane the next morning to schedule our second test drive of the same car for the evening of July 16th, knowing that we would likely purchase it after that drive; Shane even asked us to bring in our old car so he could estimate the trade-in value and he knew our bank had preapproved our financing. On our way to the dealership that evening (which is an hour's drive for us), Shane called and told us the car was sold. He gave us no heads-up, no phone call to say that someone else was interested, no nothing. We then asked him if he could find any similar vehicles at other dealerships, and he said that he would. We never heard back. So much for developing customer loyalty. I would never shop at this dealership, and I will tell all my friends and colleagues not to shop at this dealership. Thankfully I am now the happy owner of a BMW M3 from a dealer who has gone over and above on the customer service front. More

Best I have ever dealt with in 50+ years of buying cars. Charlene Salyers has been maintaining and fixing my two Mercedes for years and is honest and fair and fast. She does excellent diagnostic work and is a great communicator giving you the options and consequences of each. Really, she is the only reason I get all of my Mercedes work accomplished at the dealer. More

I met Shane at the Cincinnati Auto Show. He was very helpful and offered financing advice (USAA) before he had any idea I would become a customer. When I visited the dealership I made sure I would deal helpful and offered financing advice (USAA) before he had any idea I would become a customer. When I visited the dealership I made sure I would deal with Shane. The ordering and purchase of the car was very professional and problem free. Even the closing with the financial department was quick and with no pressure to purchase products or insurance policies. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership. More

Julie and I were looking at vehicles and decided to stop in at the MB dealer. A friend gave me Jed Hargett's name and we were politely met by Jed as we walked the lot. Jed gave us options to consider and we test drove a C300 and knew this was the car for us. The sign and drive program sold us and the professional manner Jed took care of us was impressive. Even after the dealership was closed at 5 on Saturday we were still going over our new C300 with the many options this vehicle has to offer. The entire staff including Jim Rutter and Zach Glutz made us feel this was the right choice for us. More

Just bought another car from Zack. Have been buying cars from him for over twenty years. He is always helpful, friendly, patient, interested and does his best to find the car you want. He really knows the M from him for over twenty years. He is always helpful, friendly, patient, interested and does his best to find the car you want. He really knows the Mercedes products.
