After working with Mike Hoppius online, I came in to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes - my second one. Mike set up an appointment for me and Anthony called me to confirm. After learning more about my needs and driving habits, Anthony offered me many options and let me make my own decision giving me only guidance - not pushing me one way or another or influencing me. He knew his inventory like the back of his hand. He put things down in dollars and cents on paper, assisted me in determining what option was best for me, and I left very satisfied. I pick up my lease on Wednesday of this week and am very happy with my overall experience.
