14 months ago we purchased a new smart fortwo. We loved the car. But as "luck would have it" we ran into some serious problems. As time went on through that year - we worked through several issues. We got to know Rick Crane. He was unbelievable supportive and helpful. We not consider him a great friend. We now have our second "new" smart fortwo passion ... Annaliese was exceptionally helpful with ordering a brand new one - right of the line for us. Through it all, we have come to see what Mercedes Benz Customer Service really means. We've never been to any automotive dealership that treated us any better. My wife had been driving the X-3 BMW and it was time to replace it. We (I ) was interested in a Mercedes for her but needed to get her to the dealership for her to experience the quality of Mercedes. Initially, she could not make up her mind as the M series seemed oversized compared to the X3 that she had been driving. Anthony was very patient with us in suggesting that she drive the GLK. After driving the GLK, we were instantly sold. The vehicle is a perfect fit for her. We highly recommend Anthony for his level of service and attention to detail. Also his gorgeous suits, gorgeous teeth and impeccable handwriting aren't too shabby either. More

When my husband and I were browsing at the vehicles in the parking lot we were approached by Mr. Tobar. Mr. Tobar was very friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had.
