I contacted the dealership with a very specific used car in mind. My experience in buying that car has been very good. I did not really negotiate on price because I asked for the car to be cleaned up, body work done, and mechanically inspected so as to be as close to new as possible. Chris has been good to deal with and I am comfortable working with him moving forward. The two slightly less than great responses have to do with the work that I think still needs to be done to the car after taking delivery and the slightly awkward experience of coming in to make the actual purchase. If there was a category in between good and great, I would have picked that because I was just not quite ready to say "great" to those two answers. I do feel as if Chris is committed to make sure I am happy with the purchase. More

As I am self-employed and carry a heavy workload, it is difficult for me to spend a great deal of time with the car buying process. I was able to complete the credit application and trade-in information on-line, which allowed me to test drive the new vehicle, trade my prior vehicle, and sign the necessary paperwork in less than 2 hours.
