Lack of explanation we were trading in one leased smart car for another lease smart car. we were under the impression we were getting the same package on the new one as w we were trading in one leased smart car for another lease smart car. we were under the impression we were getting the same package on the new one as was on the old. it was not made clear we were not getting power steering or back cover. the back cover is not a real concern but power steering was. we even took the new car back to dealership, which is a hour and half drive for us, because we thought there was something wrong with the steering too find out we didnt have power steering. that was an embarressing experience. talked to jordan and he then explained he was trying to keep our payment the same and that is why we didnt get the same package as on the old car. my concern is that jordan didnt make sure my husband understood what was going on. then when my husband got the car home we discover the antenae was missing, no front bracket for license plate and recently the bottom screw is missing that holds the chrome piece on the steering wheel. More

Chris Walker was extremely helpful from the onset, which involved an initial phone call with several follow-ups culminating in a visit to your dealership. We felt that we came away with a very reasonable deal and got just the car we wanted. There were no high pressure tactics. Chris made us feel as though he had our best interests at heart. Although buying a new car can be stressful, this was a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, or Chris Walker, to anyone. I give the total experience an A+. I have bought other higher end cars including Mercedes from other dealerships and the ease and experience from this dealership was outstanding, even fun, which has not usually been my experience when purchasing a car. My last car was a 2015 S550 our salesman, Chris Walker did an excellent job of explaining the features of the vehicle and also had all of the paperwork prepared and ready when I arrived making it a quick and easy process. Chris also called frequently after we ordered the car to give me updates on it's progress. Without a doubt this has been my best experience with any dealer. More
