I have family members who swear by the Mercedes brand, and now I truly understand why. Below are brief examples of my personal Montgomery Mercedes experience: - Chris Walker was quick to acknowledge and greet me, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire sales process - Process went smoothly, and I had everything I desired in a car, from color to features - Returned to dealership a few weeks after purchase and my salesman, Chris, eagerly offered to put my license plates on the vehicle! This was a great help…and very above and beyond! Not only that, but even though it was past cleaning service hours, he organized and was able to fit me in for a quick cleaning! - Oh, and my son loves tagging along for the free hot chocolates :) Thank you Mercedes staff and Chris for the tremendous experience! I am so glad she persisted because we we went to the dealership and met Anthony DeStafano. He was inviting, informative, and really knows his product and dealership. I don't know what else to say, but we bought a GLA250 that day and I will be back to talk to him when I ready for another new car later this year. More
