She helped me find the car with the features that I wanted, and wanted to pay for. Settling on a price and paperwork on the sale of the car were very efficient - probably record time. One of the best car buying experiences I called to inquire about one of MB Cincinnati cars and was lucky enough to talk with Chris Dow. Chris was most helpful and addressed all questions. We discussed all aspects of the buying process and even arrived at a tentative price, all of which made the drive from Indianapolis to Cincinnati less stressful. The next day, Chris was busy with a client we arrived at the dealership. Eveyone else at MB Cincinnati made sure that we were well taken care of during our wait.
