I truly felt how much Mr. Walker and the Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati care about their customers during and after making a purchase of my C300 Mercedes. I had a lot of reservations about trading my once “TRUE LOVE” Mustang in for a Mercedes. I can now say I have a second “TRUE LOVE”. The dealership made me feel like I was not an interruption in their work but a purpose of it. I wasn’t an outsider in their business, I became part of it. I didn’t get the feeling that they were doing me a favor by serving me but rather I was doing them a favor by giving them an opportunity serve me. Although Mr. Walker was my salesman many of the staff members became part of conversations and ensured I was receiving top notch customer service. We are not the type of couple that can just go buy whatever we want, but when you keep your cars as long as we do (typ 8 to 10 years) we want a vehicle that will last without worrying about long term maintenance expenses.
