Communication on when courtesy vehicles would show up was terrible and didn't keep me informed at all. I was lucky enough to be at work those days and not traveling. Service in the vehicle was beyond terrible. The car was delivered dirty and wasn't complete with the work that I was told would be done. I wish I could go take the car back and get my old one back because I don't even want to drive it after all the hassle. I will go out of my way to avoid this dealership and I will never buy a car from this dealer or any associated dealers ever again. More
