New Merc Purchase 11/16/15 I had stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the new models and say hi to Chris Walker if he was there. I spotted a new model; 201 11/16/15 I had stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the new models and say hi to Chris Walker if he was there. I spotted a new model; 2016 GLE450 AMG that had just delivered that day. I scheduled with Chris to return Monday morning for a test drive. Everything was ready from the car cleaned and prepped for a drive to my quote on a trade. It is important to me to deal and interact with people of the same mindset. Professionalism, quality of product and services. MB of Cinci provides all of this. Obviously the engineering and performance of the cars, along with the facilities and service and sales associates. Chris Walker has provided this part. Excellent product knowledge and a performance car lover which makes a big difference in the interaction. Also a genuinely nice guy I consider a friend. Of course the car is outstanding as well! And its in my garage. More

He had 2015 and 2016 GLK and ML side by side to let me compare. After my first visit, I saw good comments about Jed from Internet, so I felt more comfortable to purchase my car from him. My purchase process was very smooth and quick, Jef had prepared everything may need and presented in an order and very nicely. My brother Dr. Everett Gregory sent me to the right sales professional. Everett has purchased an SL, CD, and E series from Zach, beginning when your organization was Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati on Rt 4, in Fairfield. Zach is a true professional and should be given a 'top generation' (30 yr.) sales rep award. I thought if I could find an unusual color combination E Cabriolet, I would drive or fly anywhere in the U.S. to buy it. After an exhaustive search on-line, I found my car at MB of Cincy. 10 days ago I drove my S550 340 miles to Cincinnati and traded it in for my E Cabriolet and worked with two World Class Mercedes guys Anthony DeStephano and Brion Hanes. As always, the Mercedes sales process was impeccable and my drive back to Chicago "top down" was flawless and invigorating. More
