Always easy and hassle. I have no problem giving my reviews because every time I visit the Mercedes Benz dealership it's always a pleasant experience. I only work with two of I have no problem giving my reviews because every time I visit the Mercedes Benz dealership it's always a pleasant experience. I only work with two of your employees. Jim Jordan is my ongoing salesman. I have had a total of 3 Benz and every time was easy and no problems. I will be returning shortly for a fourth vehicle within the year. And I also only work with Erick McGregor in service because he is amazing. When I leave the service department I have absolutely no questions, he covers everything. Everything that you may have a question about he already on it no matter what it is. As long as you keep those two employees I'll definitely will be returning because sales and service can be a long and unpleasant experience, but as long as I work with them I can always leave and don't have to take headache medication after I leave.
