Took about 15 frustrati Had a bubble on a tire that was supposedly replaced 5/2017 . Service dept could not find our tire and wheel extended warrenty. Took about 15 frustrating calls on my part to find someone who could locate it. Inside cloth on roof had been seriously stained by workers when they replaced the convertible mechanism but it was scrubbed this visit and got it mostly clean. Otherwise we were well taken care of and everyone was friendly and helpful. More
