Hard to believe from a car dealership!! My car had to be towed on a Thursday evening to the dealership. Friday we were supposed to leave for the weekend and I called the dealer that morning My car had to be towed on a Thursday evening to the dealership. Friday we were supposed to leave for the weekend and I called the dealer that morning expecting to be told how difficult it would be to have work done that day without an appointment. Instead, the contact person seemed genuinely concerned about our trip, put a rush on the car and called back about every 30 minutes with an update. The work got done and we left for our weekend.
