I have had wonderful service with Chuck Benson who is always pleasant, professional and helpful upon my arrival. He is always very eager to help with my needs and extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. I love the fact that every time I bring my car he follows up with me on the progress and is very detailed with the type of service I am receiving. He is also good at listening to my concerns. This type of service is what keep me coming back to this location. I travel past other dealer for this reason. More

AC out during heat wave AC went out abruptly. Called MB of Chicago Service Center, and was given the okay to bring it same day. Technician determined that the AC was in despe AC went out abruptly. Called MB of Chicago Service Center, and was given the okay to bring it same day. Technician determined that the AC was in desperate need of a recharge. (Not surprising since the AC had never been serviced in the 18 years we owned the S430). Shannon was very professional and knowledgeable, and kept me informed as to the status of my servicing. AC now working superbly. More

Slow and unprofessional They had no loaner car available when I dropped my car so I asked them to let me know the issue with the car after they check it and give me a time es They had no loaner car available when I dropped my car so I asked them to let me know the issue with the car after they check it and give me a time estimate, so that I would know if I need to rent a car. Nobody called me so I called them four days later. The coordinator told me the service advisor would call me back later to let me know. Nobody called. I called again the second day, again the same, but nobody called me back. When I finally got hold of the service advisor, he told me the car needs a replacement of one part and they have to back order it. I asked whether there is loaner available and if not whether I could take my car back and make another appointment when the part arrives. He said he would check and call me RIGHT BACK. But no calls whatsoever. When I called again to ask again, they told me the same thing again: SOMEBODY IS GOING TO CALL ME. I am so tired of the service here. It is so HARD to communicate with them. I will definitely not come back again in the future. More

When it was time to upgrade, I got a call from Isaac Shamoon talking about newer mode I bought my car from FJ almost three years ago and moved states. When it was time to upgrade, I got a call from Isaac Shamoon talking about newer models and sales event at that time. Because I changed states I wasn’t able to go forward with the purchase with him. HOWEVER, I wanted to return and request refund for my extended warranty and tire insurance on my old car after trading it in at a different dealership; after many unanswered calls with FJ finance department, Isaac went off his way to solve my issue, called me back and did everything he could to pass my message and refund requesy details to the finance department. He is a sales guy! That isn’t on his job description and I certainly didn’t expect such commitement to customer satisfaction on a post purchase issue from a salesman. As a matter of fact, my refund was requested and approved without me talking to the finance guys at all. Also, after he connected me to the finance manager he kept messaging and calling to follow up till my refund was processed a month later even though I’m not buying from him or even his dealership, chapeau Isaac. Finance Manager Travis Yonn. I’m very grateful for your follow up on your days off and after work hours. Travis gave me his direct number and updated me daily on the status of my checks with all professionalism expected from a Mercedes finance manager. When the check experienced a delay in sending, Travis overnighted it so it arrives as soon as possible. Thank you Travis. My experience isn’t a buying experience where everyone would do their best so you can buy from them. Mine was a refund and FJ’s Isaac and Travis made me feel just as great when I was getting refund as when I was purchasing. Very professional. More
