The service you have provided this week and for the past 18 years is the primary reasons the ML430 runs like new. Mercedes of Chicago is the best Mercedes dealership in the country. The exceptional service I received with the Mercedes Roadside assistance this week and the follow-on repairs keep me coming back to Mercedes. My SUV runs like new! My service Advisor, Maksim Nodelman, is the real deal. He provides exceptional service, knowledgeable on the Mercedes vehicles, and has been supporting my vehicle for many years. I felt assured that she would make my concerns known to the service technician. I must admit from the initial phone call prior to my arrival. I felt that my visit would be a positive one. This is the third Mercedes Benz Dealership and second service center that I have visited and I must admit it was a lot missing from the ambience and care recieved. I am pleased to say that I am developing a win win relationship with Amie and she will be my new Service Consultant. Thank you for the fabulous state of the art facility and efficient service by all who came in contact from the computer interface to the welcome and during the service provided. You have a winning formula! I have to travel about forty miles to visit my new service center at your location but I'm able to coordinate my client schedule and relax to know that you will take make my time a priority and service my vehicle in a timely fashion. 2 years of poor service Chicago Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz While people like Erick McGregor are outstanding at the job they do, leadership like Geoff Hult has been severely disappointing. My family has owned While people like Erick McGregor are outstanding at the job they do, leadership like Geoff Hult has been severely disappointing. My family has owned exclusively Mercedes Benz for over 40 years (5 families total). We have been experiencing mechanical issues with our car, which is less than 2 years old. It's already frustrating for a new car to have problems, but the biggest disappointment is the customer service. Geoff Hult is very nice initially, but never, ever follows up. I call and leave messages since he said he would "keep me updated", I've sent emails, and even waited and asked to speak to him at the service center, but he is always "in a meeting" as I see him in his glass office! We trusted Mercedes Benz because of my family history, but when both the car is failing AND the customer service, which is part of why you pay as much as you do, then there's nothing else to say other than you lost a customer. My family has been aware of this issue and has reached out to their MB people they've known for years, and because of what they have seen, and even their reaching out to Geoff, are strongly considering leaving MB USA all together because this is completely unacceptable. If your car is not having issues, then I am confident that you will have a positive experience, but once you have a problem, do not count on much help because if the leadership is weak, then what do you expect from the others. More

I came to upgrade my mother's car and Darius Dennis (312.628.4526 | ddennis@mbchicago.com) was our Sales Consultant. He was not only charming and friendly but very informative with the vehicles we had in mind to purchase. He was kind enough to explain all the latest features the truck I have in mind to buying. We took a test drive in both vehicles in which again, Darius explained in quite a bit of detail of why Mercedes is the leading engineering class of designers in vehicles. We successful upgraded my mother's car and I will be returning to see him when I upgrade my truck in a few months. High recommend seeking Darius as your Sales Consultant. More
