Review of MB Chicago Service I purchased my car at MB-Chicago in 2007 and I only service my Mercedes with MB Chicago due to the EXCELLENT service I receive from my Service Manager I purchased my car at MB-Chicago in 2007 and I only service my Mercedes with MB Chicago due to the EXCELLENT service I receive from my Service Manager, Terry Stailey at MB-Chicago . The cost of servicing my car is a lot more at dealership versus independent service provider but I TRUST Terry and he takes great care of me and my car. As long at Terry Stailey is at MB-Chicago you will continue to have my business and by the way, I have spent over $25,,000 servicing my car at MB Chicago over the years...frankly more than I paid for the car...Crazy.
