Terry is the BEST!! I’ve had a Mercedes for about 15 years, and I have been going to Fletcher Jones since I moved here 8 years ago. The last 3 times I brought my car in f I’ve had a Mercedes for about 15 years, and I have been going to Fletcher Jones since I moved here 8 years ago. The last 3 times I brought my car in for service, I saw Terry. He listens, he is courteous and he submits a quote and leaves a message. He provides the bottom line and is always available to answer any questions I have. He is an example of what customer service should be everywhere. I am a single mom with 3 boys in college—I have to budget. Terry always clarified what has to be done and what needs to be done, allowing me the option to plan for my future repairs/service. He is sensitive and caring—a rare quality. He makes getting car service pain free. He is the best!! Oh and I love the new Marque. More
