We became Mercedes-Benz drivers about 9 years ago and have leased a number of cars over the course of those years. Given our last experience at a suburban dealership, we were souring on Mercedes. Well, that changed with our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Chicago last Saturday. We were pleasantly surprised. The new lease experience was as painless and fair as we have ever experienced. We were able to "ground" our expired vehicle and lease a new one in the matter of hours. From the start of the relationship over the internet and through email to the last contact with the Finance Manager, it was a pleasure. The team was responsive and respectful of our time. Our sales professional, Sam Tomaino, was the best salesman that we've ever worked with. He is the consummate professional; a man who knows the cars he sells and understands the customers he sells them to.
