Working with Francisco made shopping for a new car effortless. This is my 3rd Mercedes-Benz and continue to recommend this dealership to friends. Francisco was very patient and allowed as much time as I needed in learning the new bells & whistles on the GLC 300 (lots of great technology). Beware of this dealership and do not work with Natalya Chayk I have been a Mercedes owner since 2010 and have always purchased new cars. I have worked with Mercedes dealerships in Indiana and Ohio. The sales, s I have been a Mercedes owner since 2010 and have always purchased new cars. I have worked with Mercedes dealerships in Indiana and Ohio. The sales, service and team members have always been focused on making it a great experience for the customer. I had the completely opposite experience working with Mercedes Benz of Chicago and especially sales employee Natalya Chaykivska. I contacted Natalya to purchase a 2015 Mercedes GL with very low miles. This car with low miles is difficult to find. I received an email offer from Natalya with the agreement to drive to the dealership in two days to pick up the car and sign the necessary paperwork for the purchase. I accepted the offer by email and was asked to pay a deposit of $2500 to hold the car. Within one hour of accepting the offer for the car Natalya sent me an email saying if I did not drive to the dealership by the next day she would no longer keep the car for me. I was unable to get there within 24 hours and Natalya did not honor the offer I accepted. The manager, Austin Real, called me and did say that the employee was not authorized to offer me the car. This experience was very frustrating and dishonest in that Natalya offered the car for purchase without being authorized to sell the car. Overall, the experience was terrible and unlike any other Mercedes dealership I have ever work with. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes to not work with Mercedes Benz of Chicago or with Natalya Chaykivska. Her manager said she is a young sales employee and there are opportunities for coaching. Do not waste your time with this location there are many Mercedes dealerships with wonderful customer service who value their customers. More
