She Valerie Ollar, our sales representative, was extremely professional making the purchase of our new 2018 C300 4Matic Cabriolet a complete pleasure. She showed us several models and many various extras and add-ons to help us make our decision. She spent considerable time with us and was able to answer our questions with great detail. Valerie prearranged a test drive with the automobile we were most interested in looking at, and was willing to let us test drive other model cars. She followed through with every promise and helped us set up all of our individual parameters and settings, making this daunting challenge very enjoyable. We are proud to boast of our experience with Valerie and pledge to give an outstanding recommendation to anyone who wants to be respected when looking to buy a new of used car. Needed to replace auxiliary battery, under Warrantee. Allowed us to just stop in and wait for service. Left with service done and a clean car! Great People...Awful Product Let me start by saying that my experience with the people has been great. Sales person (Josh), Sales Manager, Finance, Service...everyone has been ve Let me start by saying that my experience with the people has been great. Sales person (Josh), Sales Manager, Finance, Service...everyone has been very nice and easy to work with. The issue is that the product is terrible and unfortunately the dealership the one who provided it. I made the mistake of leasing a 2016 GLC and there has been nothing but issues with it from day one. The most annoying/embarrassing issue is the brakes squeaking so badly I am almost embarrassed to drive the car in publicl. When It first happened, I was told That Mercedes was aware of the issue and was making a part to correct it....after waiting for a few months, they did make the exchange but fast forward a year...and I am having the same issue. On top of the brake issues, there have been multiple recalls, issues with electronics, fuel leaks and the list goes on. Everyone’s answer seems to be “well thats what happens sometimes when you buy a car in its first year” or “oh well thats to bad”. The expectation is that business stand behind and take accountability for their products...especially with how much Mercedes sells “The Mercedes experience”. My lease ends in a year and I have a countdown as to when I can give the car back. I had a Jeep for 4 years prior to the GLC and had zero issues. It’s not only dissapointing that the product is bad my first time using it...it’s also the fact that there is no accountability or resolution. It’s unfortunate because everyone at the dealership is really nice but at the end of the day, I am stuck paying for a product that has basic issues you wouldn’t expect with any brand, let alone Mercedes. More
