Tired to sell me a car for higher price than its list price I visited the showroom to inquire about a 2017 C class which was told sold out later. My budget being limited, I was suggested a 2015 C Class as an al I visited the showroom to inquire about a 2017 C class which was told sold out later. My budget being limited, I was suggested a 2015 C Class as an alternative which was quoted as '30500' by the salesman as a list price and in the website it was mentioned as "call for price". Price was not revealed first. And I was informed that the prices are firm. Lucky that I did not sign the deal at that morning. That evening the same car was listed for 28500 in the website. Contacted the sales person about the discrepancy and I was informed that the internet price was a typo but they are ready to honor the price! Felt so lucky that day since I would have lost $2000 in just a day. Buyers please be aware of this! More

Hard to believe from a car dealership!! My car had to be towed on a Thursday evening to the dealership. Friday we were supposed to leave for the weekend and I called the dealer that morning My car had to be towed on a Thursday evening to the dealership. Friday we were supposed to leave for the weekend and I called the dealer that morning expecting to be told how difficult it would be to have work done that day without an appointment. Instead, the contact person seemed genuinely concerned about our trip, put a rush on the car and called back about every 30 minutes with an update. The work got done and we left for our weekend. I was not surprised; I was stunned. More
