I was paid two weeks in advanced on the car I was turning in. Dino in finance told both my daughter and I that since I'm paid ahead Mercedes will refund the difference... Instead Mercedes charged me $370 for a inspection on a car I no longer have, after calling Mercedes they took off $300 and dealer said they pay the $70.. however I've reached out to them 4 times with no response on my 2 week lease refund... I've sent text after text no response from Sam.. More

Great Experience Everything was great from the moment I walked in. Friendly staff and Adrian was excellent to deal with. I also arrived about 40min before closing and Everything was great from the moment I walked in. Friendly staff and Adrian was excellent to deal with. I also arrived about 40min before closing and there was no pressure to hurry and was treated like they just open for the day. Everything was done pretty quickly and overall was a great experience. Even the endless paper work you sign your life away on was quick and painless :) More

Tired to sell me a car for higher price than its list price I visited the showroom to inquire about a 2017 C class which was told sold out later. My budget being limited, I was suggested a 2015 C Class as an al I visited the showroom to inquire about a 2017 C class which was told sold out later. My budget being limited, I was suggested a 2015 C Class as an alternative which was quoted as '30500' by the salesman as a list price and in the website it was mentioned as "call for price". Price was not revealed first. And I was informed that the prices are firm. Lucky that I did not sign the deal at that morning. That evening the same car was listed for 28500 in the website. Contacted the sales person about the discrepancy and I was informed that the internet price was a typo but they are ready to honor the price! Felt so lucky that day since I would have lost $2000 in just a day. Buyers please be aware of this! More
