Pleasant and patient Both employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and patient. For someone who was getting a first car, and had parents who insisted on an SUV, Both employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and patient. For someone who was getting a first car, and had parents who insisted on an SUV, I did not have the easiest time picking a car I felt more suitable for myself. It took a few hours of negotiating, but we settled on a car I personally liked, which finally became acceptable for my parents. Since my parents do not communicate too well in English, Adrian asked Lok to come over and talk it over in chinese. He made an effort to persuade my parents, and ultimately we negotiated a deal that was very acceptable for both parties. Great experience, highly recommend Adrian Botis. More

I was paid two weeks in advanced on the car I was turning in. Dino in finance told both my daughter and I that since I'm paid ahead Mercedes will refund the difference... Instead Mercedes charged me $370 for a inspection on a car I no longer have, after calling Mercedes they took off $300 and dealer said they pay the $70.. however I've reached out to them 4 times with no response on my 2 week lease refund... I've sent text after text no response from Sam.. More

Great Experience Everything was great from the moment I walked in. Friendly staff and Adrian was excellent to deal with.
