He worked with me until we reached a price that I was satisfied with, however, unforeseen medical circumstances prohibited me from following through with my purchase. However, since Lok was such an impressive and compassionate Sales Associate, I returned to meet with him the following year, worked with him and Justine to buy my dream. Justine was so informative, understanding of what I wanted, thorough of the features of the vehicle, patient and readily available for any questions / concerns that I had.
