I have driven my previous car to the ground and it was time to treat myself with an upgrade. When I first checked out this dealership I was helped by Issac and Lok who were wonderful. It was a bit overwhelming as a first time customer but they were great! I wasn't ready to make my decision that night so I had to really think about my options. I'm glad they followed up. I made an appointment to come back a second time and Lok set me up with Hysen. Hysen made it a definitive decision this time around. He was very personable, we talked about growing up in Chicago, our backgrounds and cars- This helped turned down my stress level. He was very thorough, showing me all the GLC 300's in their showrooms. When I wasn't happy with the models there he drove me to their service center which holds all of their inventory. I saw all of the GLC's and I found the one! He let me drive it back to the dealership where we began the negotiating process. He made it so easy and stress free! We got our price within 20 minutes. I was sold! He went through all of the buttons, all of the features and everything I would need to know about this car. He didn't just go through the basics, he showed me how to work apple car play and really helped me decide what was important for me and what I needed vs. what I didn't need. I was there for about 3.5-4 hours until 10pm and he did not show any sort of frustration that we were there so late. He was patient, informative, professional and very down to earth. He helped me make decisions which is very important because he's the expert and I felt like I was in good hands. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership, esp with the staff. Superb customer service! I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a MB car here, and most importantly to work with Hysen. More

Best Car-buying Experience Ever I had the most seamless car-buying experience ever with Isaac Shamoon, Lok and Chris. I never custom-ordered a car before, but these guys made it ext I had the most seamless car-buying experience ever with Isaac Shamoon, Lok and Chris. I never custom-ordered a car before, but these guys made it extremely easy (and they were unbelievably patient with me). The actual process of negotiating can be somewhat uncomfortable, but Isaac, Lok and Chris expelled any hint of that. They knew I was celebrating a life-milestone with this car and helped me look in every nook-and-cranny to save money here and there. Chris and his team sincerely made me feel like I was family! My car also arrived way ahead of schedule. Isaac was so excited for me when my car arrived—made me feel like it was Christmas morning. I felt like he couldn’t get enough of my car while he was installing my new plates and showing me how to drive it—it was so endearing. Isaac Shamoon and Travis Yonn I bought my car from FJ almost three years ago and moved states. When it was time to upgrade, I got a call from Isaac Shamoon talking about newer mode I bought my car from FJ almost three years ago and moved states. When it was time to upgrade, I got a call from Isaac Shamoon talking about newer models and sales event at that time. Because I changed states I wasn’t able to go forward with the purchase with him. HOWEVER, I wanted to return and request refund for my extended warranty and tire insurance on my old car after trading it in at a different dealership; after many unanswered calls with FJ finance department, Isaac went off his way to solve my issue, called me back and did everything he could to pass my message and refund requesy details to the finance department. He is a sales guy! That isn’t on his job description and I certainly didn’t expect such commitement to customer satisfaction on a post purchase issue from a salesman. As a matter of fact, my refund was requested and approved without me talking to the finance guys at all. Also, after he connected me to the finance manager he kept messaging and calling to follow up till my refund was processed a month later even though I’m not buying from him or even his dealership, chapeau Isaac. Finance Manager Travis Yonn. I’m very grateful for your follow up on your days off and after work hours. Travis gave me his direct number and updated me daily on the status of my checks with all professionalism expected from a Mercedes finance manager. When the check experienced a delay in sending, Travis overnighted it so it arrives as soon as possible. Thank you Travis. My experience isn’t a buying experience where everyone would do their best so you can buy from them. Mine was a refund and FJ’s Isaac and Travis made me feel just as great when I was getting refund as when I was purchasing. Very professional. More
