Nobody called me so I called them four days later. The coordinator told me the service advisor would call me back later to let me know. Nobody called. I called again the second day, again the same, but nobody called me back. When I finally got hold of the service advisor, he told me the car needs a replacement of one part and they have to back order it. I asked whether there is loaner available and if not whether I could take my car back and make another appointment when the part arrives. He said he would check and call me RIGHT BACK. But no calls whatsoever. When I called again to ask again, they told me the same thing again: SOMEBODY IS GOING TO CALL ME. I am so tired of the service here. It is so HARD to communicate with them. I will definitely not come back again in the future. More

Stay away from the 2016 GLC! Stay Away from the 2016 GLC! My lease is about to end and i will be returning the car to the dealership. The 2016 GLC has been a disaster and still Stay Away from the 2016 GLC! My lease is about to end and i will be returning the car to the dealership. The 2016 GLC has been a disaster and still is. On paper, the car will look amazing and my car will have about 15,000 miles on it but stay far away! There was a manufacturer issue with the breaks and they still squeak to a point where it’s embarrassing to back out of someone’s driveway, especially when it’s cold out. Yesterday, because it was cold it was 4X worse then usual. Nobody seems to have an answer on how to fix it, although it’s safe it’s annoying and not something that should happen with a brand new car. There has also been close to if not more than a dozen recalls on the car. It has been beyond frustrating that I leased a brand new, high end brand car and there is an issue with you. My frustration has come through in communication because nobody seems to have an answer or wants to take ownership for it. What made it worse was that a sales manager forgot to remove me from an email he sent to another co-worker mocking me for not being pleasant. If they had to deal with what I had to deal with, they wouldn’t be pleasant either. I had 5 different people ask me if I wanted to lease another car, but nobody call to apologize for the pain this has been or offer a solution. I am sure other cars are great and this is the outlier, but stay far away from the 2016 GLC! More

Great People make a great dealership Big Joe Smalzer and Leon Smith were the sales representatives that I dealt with via phone, email and text messaging. Yes I bought the car remotely! Big Joe Smalzer and Leon Smith were the sales representatives that I dealt with via phone, email and text messaging. Yes I bought the car remotely! However Joe and Leon - both, but especially Leon, went to great extremes to answer my questions, gather information, take videos and pictures of the car - all of which enabled me to completely assess the car virtually. The honesty, patience and integrity displayed by these two was impressive. Their actions reflect the type of service that should be associated with the purchase of a high model Mercedes. Yet, it was provided for me when I was buying a 15 year old car. Their service was amazing. Congratulations to MB of Chicago for employing these two sales agents.
