AC out during heat wave AC went out abruptly. Called MB of Chicago Service Center, and was given the okay to bring it same day. Technician determined that the AC was in despe AC went out abruptly. Called MB of Chicago Service Center, and was given the okay to bring it same day. Technician determined that the AC was in desperate need of a recharge. (Not surprising since the AC had never been serviced in the 18 years we owned the S430). Shannon was very professional and knowledgeable, and kept me informed as to the status of my servicing.
