Received stellar service from Max, Geoff & Juan for replacement of leather on drivers seat plus full detail. Awesome job on all! I always receive excellent service from Max, Geoff and Vince. Just met juan and happy to work with him again. Service is the name of the fame, makes all the difference if balanced with fair pricing. Have repeatedly recommended you eliminate call center in CA. It’s Consistently been a terrible experience since I bought my car in 2014. They have no idea what’s going on in Chicago and it would be much better to have a receptionist in Chicago who answers the phone and knows who is physically in the service center and who is not and how to access people immediately. Over 20 times I’ve been on hold and gotten the runaround for over in one hour I cannot find somebody in the Chicago service center because we are forced to go through California. The new text service is better because it’s finally working right and we can reach people directly in Chicago, but only the last person to whom customer spoke. Lastly it was very disappointing when you eliminated the hand car washes and replaced with a one-minute drive through car wash. To make matters worse car wash is always down, broken parts, closes earlier than schedule etc. we drive all the way there and it’s closed. If we call to see if it’s open we get CA. They know nothing. Can be on hold forever and reps can’t ever get anyone live on Chi. Final issue is when we get flat tire and need a tow, I waited 4 hours and no tow evert showed up! Mercedes MUST allow us to use a variety of tow companies and refund customer or change your tow service. You can’t inconvenience customers like that and leave them waiting beyond 30 mon let alone 4 hours on a dark road in chicago and NEVER showing up. That was unconscionable. Feedback if given repeatedly yet nothing changes. You’ve been notified about service center in CA and their inability to access live personnel in Chicago not provide accurate info re car wash or tow service. I love the ppl who work in Chicago service center but they can’t fix fletcher Jones problems when these poor decisions have been made. Pls allow direct access to chicago and get a tow service that can show up in 30 min. Thank you More

Purchasing my Mercedes from this dealership was an absolute dream. Servicing my Mercedes through this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. I called them on a Thursday when my one-year-old Merced absolute dream. Servicing my Mercedes through this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. I called them on a Thursday when my one-year-old Mercedes' engine light came on. Despite needing the car to drive my daughter to college, they were not able to get me in to look at the car until the following Monday. When I arrived for the 8:30am appointment on Monday, the service center told me that they were "backed up" and that my appointment time would just put me "in line" for the car to be looked at, likely not until the next day. I let them know that I had no way to get to work because I thought it would be serviced same-day, but they had no loaner vehicles and offered me a $10 Uber-X voucher to get me back to my house. I heard nothing the rest of that day. First thing the next morning, I started to follow-up to try to get a status on the vehicle. When Chuck finally returned my call midday, he let me know that the care still had not been evaluated. When he called again at 4pm, he said that a replacement part was needed. Now we were onto day 3 at the dealer and day 7 without a car! When trying to call for updates, the person on the phone kept noting that "Chuck would call me when he was available". Absolutely disappointing service experience, and I will not be using this Mercedes service center ever again in the future! More
