I was looking for the right GLC that would fit all preferences I desired. When I came across the one at Mercedes Benz of Chicago I felt it was the one for me and after speaking with both Atanas and Ra preferences I desired. When I came across the one at Mercedes Benz of Chicago I felt it was the one for me and after speaking with both Atanas and Raul they answered all questions I had and certainly made me feel that the vehicle exceeded what I desired without pressuring me. What takes the cake is the in house customer care while finalizing the purchase and the full tutorial of the vehicles capabilities. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a dealership to date. And mind you I normally buy a new vehicle every 6-9 months.
