I have enjoyed an exceptional customer experience every time for the past 8+ years thanks to the warm, friendly attentive service from Vince, Geoff, Max, Lynn and their entire staff. They always remember me, are very welcoming and consistently take great care of both my convertible and me. By taking the time to listen and discuss my concerns, I feel safe to trust their suggestions as we collaborate to determine the best service plan. I’ve had a fair amount of repairs and Max, who is very knowledgeable, gives great advice on options I can take, ways to save money and is always honest about best ways to proceed while still taking my concerns into account. Geoff is so warm, friendly and attentive and will drop everything for a customer to ensure we feel valued. He also helps out with any recurring issues and is accommodating in taking good care of us. Lynn remembers specific things I like and and oversees service visits to go smoothly. As a team, they go above and beyond from the initial call, booking me a loaner, executing a quality repair, and following up with communication throughout the process. At Fletcher Jones Mercedes service center, they ensure nothing less than complete satisfaction and a win-win scenario every time. thank you! More

I absolutely had the worst experience with Kelly Smith on 2-4-2022. I had an exquisite experience with Eric McGregor a few weeks ago when getting my car serviced. Eric explained everything needed to me and 2-4-2022. I had an exquisite experience with Eric McGregor a few weeks ago when getting my car serviced. Eric explained everything needed to me and showed me video. However, prior to seeing Eric my Coolant light was on. In which this was to be part of the "A" service that I purchased. This may be the 3rd time in which I've experience Mercedes service not completing everything that was to be done on the "A" service list. Nonetheless, I scheduled on 2-2-2022 to come and get service for Friday 2-4-2022 A.M. I arrived at noon, Eric wasn't available at that moment, so I approached the desk of Mr. Kelly Smith. Who was already disengaging as I'm proceeding to tell him what it is that I needed for the day. I expressed to him that my coolant light was indeed still on from the prior visit. I asked Mr. Kelly Smith if they could at least check my coolant to make sure that it was topped off from the prior visit, and his response was "Oh, we always top off all fluids, and that you must have a leak". NO CHECKING WHATSOEVER! I repeatedly asked him to check it and he proceeded to tell me that it will cost $227 for a service inspection. Mind you I just had this done 2 weeks ago as part of the A service. As the serviceman by the name of Kayvion, who didn't know why I was there, proceeded to U-Turn my car out of the garage, noticed my lights on and Kayvion proceeded to just automatically check my fluid and noticed that there was NO COOLANT in my car. My inspection has no reports of a leak that would have caused the coolant to not be in the car. All Kelly had to do was check. AS A RESULT, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER WORK WITH HIM AGAIN. I was very professional with him and his "arrogance" and to me was very relenting. On top of that, I asked, since he doesn't see me on the schedule that I scheduled to go ahead and schedule it himself while I'm there. He says, you need to call the service department. YES, CALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, WHILE I'M LITERALLY STANDING IN HIS FACE! Anytime the 20-25 yr old serviceman gives me better customer service than the so-called experienced service associate, that is huge problem. All this took was a simple check! Kayvion, the serviceman and Kelly the service associate definitely need to switch roles. I did speak with Max his supervisor in which I did file the complaint. However, since no work was done today, I was not able to provide a survey for Mr. Kelly Smith. More
