After owning 5 Mercedes Benz over the last 12 years and servicing them at this dealership, I am shocked at the way I was treated and the service I received on May 26 2022. This has to be the worst ever s servicing them at this dealership, I am shocked at the way I was treated and the service I received on May 26 2022. This has to be the worst ever service experience. Here is what happened. I made an appointment and dropped my GLE 2022 (less than 5 thousand miles) for quality issues, ranging from roof center console rattling, rear suspension noise, seat movement noise on Tuesday morning May 24th. The service rep Kelly Smith checked me in. I asked if they have loaners and he said not for quality issues. I said ok I will pay for a rental. He told me that it will be 2-3 days to get the service done. I said fine. on Thursday May 26th, I got a note from Kelly updating me on the car. He said “ the technician is looking at your car and I will let you know what he says.” Mind you this is 2 days later. So my car sat in the shop for 48 hours and no one looked at it, and I am paying for a rental car for a brand new 450 GLE. I confirmed with Kelly that the car sat there for 2 days and he said unfortunately yes. I asked for the service manager to contact me and low and behold 5 hours later Max the service manager calls. He tells me that he is sorry this has happened, and they don’t know when they scheduled my appointment if some cars ahead my in the queue will take 2 days for diagnostics. Like the technicians are spending 24x7 on car diagnostics without escalating to other technicians or MB, and go and work on other cars. Basically gave cold water on my a$$. He did not even offer to reimburse for the car rental. I told him to have the car ready and I will pick it up asap. This is crazy. After being a loyal customer to this dealership for 12 years this is my reward, and they forget that they represent Mercedes Benz. So I am driving a brand new Mercedes Benz with rattling noises and quality issues with less than 5000 miles. Clearly they have won me over to their dealership and to Mercedes Benz. Trust me, this car will be traded in soon for another car and not a Mercedes’ Benz. More

This is a worst dealer I ever saw, no commitment to customers, discriminating, misleading and no value to customer appointments. Through the years we have purchased several wonderful automobiles including our first Sprinter for our company. It has been a pleasure working with Atanas' team of professionals, especially Valerie Ollar and Travis Yonn. We have never been disappointed with his unique and very special team of employees.
