I recently purchased a car from Mercedes Benz of Chicago, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department has not lived up to the promises made during the sale. One of the key perks that influenced my decision was the commitment to complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for service appointments. This convenience was presented as a significant benefit during the sales process, promising a hassle-free experience for customers. To my dismay, when I called today to schedule a service appointment, I was informed that the dealership has decided to discontinue this previously free service. Instead, they are now charging $100 for what was initially presented as a complimentary and convenient service. This abrupt change in policy is not only inconvenient but also contradicts the assurances provided during the purchase. As a customer, I feel misled and disappointed by the apparent disregard for the commitments made by the dealership. I believe transparency and consistency in customer service are essential for building trust and maintaining positive customer relationships. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left me questioning the integrity of the dealership's promises. I hope that Mercedes Benz of Chicago reevaluates this decision and considers the impact it may have on customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to see such a reputable brand fall short of the expectations set during the initial purchase process. Potential buyers should be aware of the current state of service offerings and consider if this dealership can truly deliver on the promises made at the time of purchase. More

I worked with Joanna who is an exceptional salesperson.
