We had an outstanding experience buying a new car from Tetiana. She was responsive and accommodating - she ensured that most of the documents were ready to sign by the time we arrived, she patiently walk Tetiana. She was responsive and accommodating - she ensured that most of the documents were ready to sign by the time we arrived, she patiently walked us through many of the car’s features, and she was available by text and phone to answer my questions. I also appreciated that neither she nor the finance office pressured us into buying add-ons at any point in the process. Overall, Tetiana demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and competence. Very highly recommended. More
