He is professional, courteous and has a memory like a steel trap. His attention to detail and ability to get me a great deal is what keeps me coming back. The car I wanted was at a dealership in the suburbs. Paul drove over an hour in rush hour traffic to the other dealership to get my vehicle and bring it back to me. He always goes the extra mile and for that, he has my loyalty. I would also like to mention that Nikki Dillard did a fantastic job of getting us in the door and our finance person, Moe Ghanimah was a pleasure to deal with as well. Lastly, I'd like to say that one of the best things about this dealership is the Service Center. I really don't think there is a better service center anywhere in the region, period. This is the 6th Mercedes that I have brought over the years from Paul Price. Needless to say this was the toughest negotiation thus far. We began the banter thousands of dollars apart. The manager Bob, was also great, as was all staff we encountered—very professional and friendly, even indulging our demanding toddler. Not only are the staff top notch, the facility is very comfortable and gorgeous as well, and the playroom is great for little ones—it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
