Sales ok, service after. ..lies I purchased my car in the end of April and my salesperson was kind, and helpful and told me all about the car. That is what got them 1 star. He mentioned the mbrace free trial. He omitted that I'd need an upgrade to the system for $180. That sounds free. The Sirius trial, they didn't notify Sirius that a new owner has the car, so I had to fight for an hour with Sirius saying my trial was supposed to be 90 days, not 36. Then there was a leak in the tire I was assured was fixed we saw on the test drive and was told if it was still a problem, they would take care of it. 2 visits and a battle for the payment are 5 hours I'll never get back. Then a glitch in the nav system they refuse to correct it but acknowledge it is a problem that was a manufacturing defect but say it will cost $280. So much for the warranty and standing by their product. And if you want a loaner car, book it a month in advance. Not only will I never buy a mercedes, but fletcher jones dealers are awful. They've mastered the bait and switch. Not to mention, I had to wait 2 weeks for cup holders, floor mats, and a spare key. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS More

Paul Price my salesman is a Prince I hate buying cars. The last one I bought before this was in 2001. I dreaded doing it again until I was lucky enough to work with Paul. Was Misled I Was NOT given my paperwork, after the "contract signing ", in the office. I was TOLD I got a certified car, and was paying for a MERCEDES extended warranty. When I called for them to send me the paperwork, I was sent a "no name warranty" and told the car was NOT certified (had 4, 700 miles) . I had to threaten to sue, to get the warranty I PAID for. READ what you sign there.. Patrick "made it right", (used car manager)...but ONLY after I told them I would take legal action.
