Brought car in on a scheduled appointment to fix a "no signal" condition with satellite radio. The problem wasn't addressed the first day, and was about to sit another 2nd day until I objected. This is th signal" condition with satellite radio. The problem wasn't addressed the first day, and was about to sit another 2nd day until I objected. This is the 2nd attempt of the dealer to fix the problem. They performed a software upgrade to the radio. It didn't work and the problem has recurred. I will use another dealer further away for additional needed service. I am really dismayed with Mercedes reliability and service. More
