Service experience was not what I hoped. Deann was very helpful and attentive but the diagnostics were very vague and not helpful in determining whether to get service done. Two calls to th Deann was very helpful and attentive but the diagnostics were very vague and not helpful in determining whether to get service done. Two calls to the service department were not answered. On line service tools was useless as information included was extremely limited and I could not get my questions answered so did get recommended services. More
