Third party service appointment process needs improvement. They assigned me to the wrong service advisor and knew nothing about the service special. Bring back loaner cars. Unhelpful advisors, did not assist inspection report findings. Poor communication, had to call continuously to receive status updates on vehicle and determine when vehicle will be ready. Service technicians lacking experience, in conducting maintenance broke a piece off the vehicle. It took a week to get it back and dealership attempted to leave me with no loaner vehicle while it was being serviced. This was not the first bad experience. More
