Unhelpful advisors, did not assist inspection report findings. Poor communication, had to call continuously to receive status updates on vehicle and determine when vehicle will be ready. Service technicians lacking experience, in conducting maintenance broke a piece off the vehicle. It took a week to get it back and dealership attempted to leave me with no loaner vehicle while it was being serviced. This was not the first bad experience. More
Needed to have mail removed from tire and patched. Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield was able to get the car in within 2 hours and fixed in 45 minutes. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT! ! Took my car in to have a camera fixed. Was told the car was leaking oil and needed brakes for $5k. Took it to Midas and was shown the almost new bra !
