Third party service appointment process needs improvement. They assigned me to the wrong service advisor and knew nothing about the service special. Bring back loaner cars. Both service vehicles improvement. They assigned me to the wrong service advisor and knew nothing about the service special. Bring back loaner cars. Both service vehicles used to pick me up had their own service needs (warning lights on dash). Both needed to be cleaned. Once again, no car wash. I was told that would take another two hours after a four + hour wait. I did not work with the service dept rep listed below. More
