In for regular service, 2 new tires, alignment and a starting battery on our GLC-300. Asked beforehand to verify the car was complete (Keys, Spare, Manual) with Manager Michael, was told it was. Price was agreed as well delivery to my home. Smooth to this point. When car arrived after my inspection found the emergency flat repair kit was missing. Matt Wagner the rep who delivered car said he would order and send to me on July 25. I had not heard from Matt so texted on Aug 9 and he replied he'd have it in a couple weeks. On Sept. 19 texted him again and was told He checked with Parts Dept. it was "backordered with no ETA" More

Brand new owners and desperate to fix an engine light caused by a faulty Nox sensor. Called on Friday 1:30 pm and talked to Shane and he assured me that the part would be in for repair by Monday. We adju caused by a faulty Nox sensor. Called on Friday 1:30 pm and talked to Shane and he assured me that the part would be in for repair by Monday. We adjust our camping plans to accommodate and was at the dealership at 7:30 am. 2 hours later, the Altas is not fixed because they didn’t have the part saying the part was not ordered in time (before 4 pm). We were unable to stay so drove to our destination 3 hours away. Next day, still no part. We gave up working with this dealership and will go back to Michigan to get it fixed. So far, not so impressed with MB More
