The certified technician performed a thorough assessment of the necessary repairs and provided me with both a detailed video walk-around and a clear verbal explanation of the issues. This was truly impressive, as I could actually see and understand exactly what needed to be done to make my vehicle safe to drive. All I had to do was decide which repairs to authorize, and the technician immediately went to work. To my surprise, the repairs were completed earlier than expected. Every member of the service department was professional, courteous, and exceeded my expectations. Service Manager AJ and Shop Foreman JIM ensured that I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. When I came to pick up my vehicle, everything was all ready to go. My vehicle had returned from a trip just six weeks earlier. In that time, I had already completed several maintenance items: new brakes and rotors, a brake fluid change, an oil change, and replacement earlier. During the dealership’s inspection, the service technician recommended a brake fluid change and replacement of the cabin and engine air filters—all of which were brand new. In addition, they reported a “bent” hood strut when it was simply loose and fixed with a few turns. It’s discouraging to see a dealership attempt to sell unnecessary services on parts that clearly did not need any work. The only highlight was the gentleman who checked me out. More

Service Manager (Adam) was outstanding. Brought my wife’s car in for service and everything well very smoothly during drop off, while I waited around, and when everything was wrapped up. 1. I was told I would receive a call about the recommended service. No call. Contacted them at 3pm 2. Received a text at 3:40 stating my car was ready for pickup. Drove 25 minutes to dealership recommended service. No call. Contacted them at 3pm 2. Received a text at 3:40 stating my car was ready for pickup. Drove 25 minutes to dealership, then told car was in wash, and would be done in 15 minutes. Car actually was ready 40 minutes after arriving. 3. On way home noticed that a sensor had been left attached to the key fob, necessitating another 15 minutes back to the dealership. More
