Joe was very knowledgeable about the SmartCar and went to a lot of effort to find the right car in the area that fit my budget. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. I am afraid our experience with the sales team at this dealership was a huge disappointment. We were working intensely to find a new or used MB C300 4 matic with specific features. When the deal fell through at the last moment, we were promised a return call the next morning. We never heard from them again until following an annoyed email, Jay Romer offered us his help in selling us a car. Much too little, too late. Customers expect the courtesy of being called when someone promises to call. We had other options that were put on hold pending that call which was never made. Certainly not a sales team I would every choose to do business with. We have subsequently bought exactly the car we wanted (a new 2012) from a dealer whose behavior was exactly the opposite. Every promised call was made, when things were not exactly as planned they did not run from the problem but addressed it head on. In contrast to MB of Cherry Hill, they earned our business.....and, our respect. That dealership, by the way, was Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. Andrew Wechsler, MD More

The first time I went to the dealer was for, what I thought, a simple issue of the shifter, it would be hard to move it from P to D. When presented this information to the technician he had no idea what could be the problem.... Not even a list of differential diagnosis... He stated that the car needed to stay and they will call later. No loaner was offered, no way to take me back to work, they did not care about my situation at all. They call me NEXT day to tell me they have to order a part and the work was going to cost around $1100. Another 2 days pass and they finally got the part and installed only to call be back (4th day in the dealer) and tell me that they needed to order another part and was going to cost another $800. The frustrating part for me was the lack of comunication or explanation of what was going on. It seem that they were doing a trial and error approach rather than knowing what they were doing. At one point when I was trying to get information from the technician ( Rick) he was so rude, he told me " do you want this or not? You can take it to your neighbor mechanic. I was so frustrated but with my hands tied so w/o knowing what was going on I accepted. 2 more days pass and they call and said that the car did not recognized the part? Like an organ donor? And that the second step was probably not necessary but they already did it and was charged. What a HORRIBLE experience, I felt humiliated and disrespected by their condescending attitude. The second experience was a quick one since I did not trusted this guys at all. When there to get a diagnosis for ABC lights on after 1.5 hours they told me is going to be $7050 for the work, again w/o explaining why or for what. After I started inquiring about the problem the technician ( Jim) started to be condescending and rude so I just smile and left. After several days looking for another car because the technician told me I could not drive my car, one of my clients gave me a card from his Mercedes technician ( he told me stay away from cherry hill Mercedes). I made an appointment with this guy and immediately he found the problem and explained clearly. It was just a leak in the ABC pump hose. He told me that the entire active body control system did not needed to be replace all it needed was to put some more oil and replace the leaking hose. He immediately put some more oil to prevent any damage to the ABC and ordered the part. This only cost me $360. What it frustrates me tremendously is that Cherry Hill dealer did not recognized the leak or what is even worse if they recogniced the leak they did not tell me nor they offer at least to put some oil to prevent any damage to the system. So frustrating, so rude and maiintentionate. I had to share this with everybody and also warn you about their lack of knowledge, condescending attitude and hands down thief. Good luck! More
Tad is amazing at customer service and did everything possible and then some to accommodate our request. He listened to our requirements and made very good recommendations without over selling us. I would highly recommend buying a car from Tad at Cherry Hill MB and we will be coming back to him for our next MB. We have also used the service department for our older MB and they are by far one of the best service departments we have worked with. We were in a pinch over the holiday weekend and Monica and Dave in the service department went out of their way to help us out. More
Lately, their service have been terrible. we have been going there for over 10 years. lately they are charging exorbitant amount every time we take the car for service. They quote one price over the phone and when we go to pay, we are surprised with a bill that is almost double. Every time they will say that they found this serious problem and that serious problem that needed to be fixed for safety reasons. Basically they are doing unnecessary repairs and overcharging every step of the way. I am done going there. Advice for other customers: 1. Avoid MB-Cherry Hill as much as possible. They will take a minimum of $1500 every time you go there. They will find a way. 2. Before you take your mercedes to this dealer, go to another mechanic, pay a fee and get the problem checked and diagnosed. 3. Make an appointment and STAY in the waiting room while your car is being repaired. Do not leave your car there; this dealership will rip you off. More
It was a friendly environment from the time that I walked into the dealership. I had all ready knew which car I was looking for and the alternates if I could not get the financing that I needed. The sales person was not pushy and was very helpful and answered all of my questions and helped to get me into the car that I wanted. I absolutely would recommend that anyone looking to get a Mercedes Benz come into this dealership. More
