Unprofessional & Irresponsible Sales Dept - Worst Experience I am a big fan of Mercedes ML - every time my Lease expires I go back and get a new ML. So I was getting ready to get my 4th lease on ML. I went to this dealership as one of our offices was nearby. This was in August 2014 - I negotiated a price, confirmed with sales rep Keri Cordero that I was coming to pick up the car – and when I went to pick up the car – she gave me some excuses - claimed that she was supposed to get from another dealership but had some issues, so could not get the car. She apologized and I accepted her apology and moved on. Now in Oct 2014, she told me that she could get the car I wanted so we negotiated the price via email and confirmed the car details. She sent me the car sticker and we finalized. Now on Oct 23, I went to pick the car. I live in North Jersey and made a special 2 hour trip to pick up the car. Before I went I reconfirmed that she had the car and she confirmed that she did. I go to pick the car and the car she had for me was different from the Car sticker she emailed to confirm our deal. This car was cheaper, with fewer options than the one I had agreed to Lease. I waited to salvage the situation since I wasted a working day to make the 2 hour journey each way to pick the car. The sales manager “JAY ROMER” steps in. I tell him about the situation and instead of understanding and helping a customer he started showing his attitude as if it was my mistake (that they had the wrong car) and he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. Like I said I have been leasing for last 9 years and this was my 4th lease renewal for Mercedes ML, I have never come across such a rude, arrogant, unprofessional, irresponsible manager. He tells me “I can take what is there or else just leave.” I told him that he was rude and I will write a review about my experience. He said “Make sure you spell my NAME correctly and gave me his card” – such arrogance. Obviously I did not get the car from them. I am so disappointed with his attitude and behavior that not only this dealership but Mercedes has lost a customer as I have decided not to LEASE any Mercedes brand anymore. I have been a loyal customer for several years but was insulted by Manager employed by Mercedes dealer. I will also write to the owner of the dealership and Mercedes customer relations so they know how customers are treated and cheated by the sales people at this dealership. More

However, the experience I had at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Cherry Hill was fantastic. When I went in, I sat down with Paul Wu who was courteous, not the slightest bit pushy, and was all-around a wonderful salesman. He was helpful, showed me options that I wasn't aware of and, without a doubt, was the best salesman I've ever had. I've bought multiple cars and dealt with many salesman. If you're looking for a great experience without feeling pressured, I'm sure there are others, but I'd recommend Paul. More

Never Again! I have long wanted a Mercedes. My father only drove Mercedes. I stopped in to see a E350 and was pleased to find they had the exact car on their flo I have long wanted a Mercedes. I was advised against dealing with this dealership from a number of family and friends. Since the car was on the floor it was against my better judgement but bought it there anyway. Nancy Kovler was the salesperson appointed to me. Well it seems their MO is to tell you when you pick up the car there is only one set of keys available. Do you believe it took me almost two weeks to get the second set. I was promised by my salesperson she would drop off the set at my house. Never happened. Had to delay my vacation plans and go into the dealership myself. They manufactured me a second set of keys in minutes. Was able to get onto my trip but was delayed almost 12 hours. More

Stay away from this place! I saw lots of bad reviews from people who got some kind of work/service done here. But I thought they must be some pissed customers but now I know why. Its not the people, its this dealership. All these reviews are for a reason. This dealership is full of scam artists. They will get your credit card information and when you return the loaner, they will definitely find bubbles on the tire. My wife had some work done on her car, work done was sub par, kept the car for three weeks and did not even vacuum the car, the hood of the car does not close properly now. They took the credit card information and charged the card without even telling us, they did not even bother sending up written bill or anything not even a voice mail. All in all, it was very bad experience, I did not expect this from a Mercedes dealership, not at all. I am seriously considering other brands. They are disgrace to Mercedes brand, its time they should do something about this dealership in particular!!! More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!These people ripped me off!! I should have known better when the guy Tom asked me to give them good reviews. (MY PROBLEM IS NOT WITH TOM) First of all, I have never had to give up my credit card information to use a loner vehicle. So right away I should have known it was a setup, but because they had my credit card information on file they all of a sudden found "bubbles in the tires" and charged my card for 2 brand new tires for their loner vehicle. By the way I only drove the car to and from work, and to and from the dealership. BULL CRAP! This was my worst experience with Mercedes. I have never been treated like this and I've been a loyal customer since 2008. Not until coming to Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill, NJ do I want to trade in my Mercedes for a Lexus. These people are rude, and I will NEVER EVER have any service done with them NOR will I recommend them to anyone! As a matter of fact I am done with Mercedes. I will be purchasing from Lexus in the near future because I hear they take really good care of their customers. It sucks that I was the sucker they got to put new tires on their loner vehicle.
