He Stan is an unbelievably knowledgeable and astute salesman. He is honest about the products and is able to fit the right car to the right person. He is also very considerate, polite, a good listener and related very well to my wife and I. He did not rush us and explained in detail how to operate the various components in the car. He made himself available even after the sale to answer any questions and resolve any problems. He made the experience of leasing a car a pleasure. I will recommend Mercedes and Stan to my friends and family. More

Carrie Godfrey was the woman I first spoke with on the phone and was the reason I decided to come into the dealership in the first place instead of going to BMW in Mount Laurel. She treated me like a real person and didn't pull any punches. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was introduced to Joe Zalaf who was my sales rep. He was wonderful. He didn't talk down to me or try to push me into anything. He treated me with respect and he is the reason my husband and I will continue to go to Cherry Hill Mercedes forever. More

They do not offer loaners unless you purchase directly from Cherry Hill. My service advisor is never around when I call. When you pull in the bay for service no one greets you or asks how to help. Not sure why service is so bad here. They don't vacuum or wash car after spending over 600 for oil change and some fluids. This is my third MB and will never buy another not because of the car but the limits of good service in my area. More

Found car at CHMB DEALERSHIP. Called to find out if Available. It was. Said we would be there in next few hours. Arrived within 2 hours. Car was ready to test drive. We we're impressed. Drove Car. Car had been on lot for 6 months. Asked salesperson what was needed in terms of check to purchase. Personal or certified? Over weekend read reviews on car and dealership. They were not good for dealership Called by noon time next business day to let sales person know we were interested in buying car. Could we have our mechanic look At car? Yes. Great. We will be there on wed. Two days later. I texted salesperson the night before and she she said she would be there and car would be ready for my husband to take to our mechanic. Next day (wed.) my husband arrived to get car and drove away. About 30- 40 mins after he drove away, I got a text message to call salesperson ASAP. I called. She told me the car had been sold the night before by another salesperson. I was 'flloored''!!! My husband was 3/4 of the way to our mechanic. I contacted him and he canceled our appointment and headed back to dealership. Btw, they had not taken a copy of his license before he left dealership. Odd. When he arrived the manager wanted to meet him in his office which my husband declined. after all, for what purpose? Manager said the car could still be available if other buyer's financing didn't go through. REALLY? We were paying cash and now he is bating us with this? My husband walked away. Based on Rewiews, they did us a favor. Glad we didn't get more involved with Cherryhill Mercedes Benz! More
Ray Lllucchi Is a Very Patient and Excellent Teacher/Coach The salesperson who sold me my new Mercedes S Class BlueTec resigned the day after he sold me the vehicle, so I had a gap in follow-through re servic The salesperson who sold me my new Mercedes S Class BlueTec resigned the day after he sold me the vehicle, so I had a gap in follow-through re service issues, but once Ray introduced himself to me I felt I was in good hands with respect to having the many complex systems explained to me. I won't hesitate to make an another appointment for a 'training session', but my service experiences have not been good at this dealership. Unless/until the service department can get its act together I cannot recommend this dealership. More

I used this dealership to lease a 2015 C300. My first experience with this dealership was a bit negative, since the sales agent refuse to allow us to test drive a car (this was the day before an expected snowstorm, so I left a bit dismayed although I understood). The next day, I rep from the store called me and when I mentioned my disappointment, I was asked to get in touch with Jay Romer, their Sales Manager. I arrived at the store the next day and Jay offered my wife and I a car to drive around (which was quite trustworthy of him). We were put in contact with Craig Silver, a wonderful, mild-mannered, and very patient client advisor/salesperson who I gladly gave my business to. Despite my native mistrust in all car salesmen, Craig assured me that he was different (yeah, right!). Craig said that he takes pride in standing by his customers even after the purchase is done, and on my first test of this sentiment (I had to return to the Service Department to have wheel locks placed), Craig delivered on his promise by personally meeting me and taking me to the service people to get the job done. I had a great experience with this dealership, and I honestly believe that they have made some changes to recover from their dark past and are trying to deliver the customer service that many customers have traditionally expected from their premier brand. I will have to see if the service department continues to dovetail on the performance of the sales department, but if my recent (short) interaction with them is any predictor of their future interaction with me, Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill have won themselves a repeat customer. The Worst Experience in My Life I would say 1st off if you don't purchase your car there don't ever take your car there. They make you feel like a second class citizen. The complet I would say 1st off if you don't purchase your car there don't ever take your car there. They make you feel like a second class citizen. The complete lack of automotive knowledge by my so called Advisor would be laughable if my repair was not such a horrific experience. Im very technical person both in my work experience and personal hobbies, car rebuilding ad sports car racing back ground, I do not think i should have to give them a resume to treated fairly. The first called from advisor "we cannot figure whats wrong with your car"!!! I should have run away my fault. I was forced to agree to 10hrs of labor to diagnose the problem. He called me back to tell me it is the turbo at 42k this very unusual i said to him, he said thats what the tech said it is. I asked if there was a sensor that they could try he was dumbfounded it might be be a normal condition for him not sure. He replied no its he turbo and it would be 4750.00.total out the door even after using about 2hrs of the 10 hr agreed to earlier. I BROUGHT IT TO THEM BECAUSE I THOUGHT MY AFTERMARKET WARRANTY WOULD COVER IT, NO LUCK I WAS ON THE HOOK FOR IT. He said he would order the part and have it done in 3 days top 4. I asked if this was a new turbo or rebuilt he said it was new but to make sure he would check and call me back. He calls me back and said it indeed a new turbo I was purchasing. Mistake 3 thinking he was able to know the difference between "rebuilt" and "NEW". I said fine do it i don't want a rebuilt turbo they can be a problem and for that price I thought that was a appropriate amount being a MB. I was told no loaner even though 5k repair I didn't buy the gl320 from them. I said ok repair it.4 days no problem. Ok they are sure it is the turbo yes that is what the tech said can i talk to the tech answer is NO. 4th mistake trusting and listening to someone who knows less than you, I'm bring not to be rude but it seems like if i was rude i could have saved some money. summaries New turbo and since it was new there should not have been a core i wanted the old turbo back. He said the impeller of the turbo was sticking and would bind up when turning thus causing the code. Made sense so do the job. I think that was feb 20 I took it in on the 14th. I didn't get my car back until April a lot longer than 4 days. MB rep said he has no real power do force them to do anything well getting my car back would be good enough providing it was fixed. I call the dealer and ask whats up why so long?He said the car would not start i said i drove it too you this is going the wrong way weeks go by no calls to me. They said it was not running because the fuel was bad I said i drove it too you how could this be he said we have to drain the tank, I said I need my car back do it and it will be fixed he said yes that should be it and having the car back, everything with the world will be wright again. Finally I call MB customer line. Nice people looked into my situation and no call from dealer service manager to explain issues { very poor Manager should have called me} MB rep said that were replacing the turbo again 1st was defective. I said that very very unusual turbos are made to very tight tolerances very unusual. i said i could understand a rebuilt turbo doing this but Im buying new this shouldn't be a issue for me. Again paper work person nice but know automotive knowledge. But nice. Finally I get a call that the second turbo fixed it. OMG its ready but give a couple of days to test it i said fine call me i will pick it up. Mind you i have to drag someone with me They don't care at all. Big problem I call and he said its ready all tested good to go. Off to dealer rush hour traffic and all. He calls me to tell me he can't give me the turbo there a core charge i said the agreement was old turbo if its new there should not be a issue , Again i will call you back me while I'm already on my way too them. He calls there is a for charge because its rebuilt turbo I asked him what the xxxx is going on you said it was a new turbo that is what i based my decision on. I get there what a cluster F a 12 year old kid drives my car up it sounds like a box of rocks all this noise, It didn't make this noise when i dropped it off and it ran when i dropped it off too. But they thoroughly tested the GL. Go figure just another pot hole in the road of life. PS many new cars NEVER NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A SCREWED UP EXPERIENCE !!!! I never could have imagined being treated so poorly by a dealership. When you couldn't think it could get worse your son says DAD you won't believe this the car is full of GREASE, But they tested it thoroughly was RAY Charles driving I think even he would have said to someone hey that car cannot be delivered in this shape. My car has Tan color interior. There was grease from the front to back every seat had grease even the 3rd row. the carpets were covered i was dumb founded but the thoroughly tested it? Were is the service manager 1 hour later some guy is floating around he doesn't come up to me he just stands there i have to ask him if he is the service manager. He says yes i m the service manager i said WOW what the heck is going on here my car is a mess a complete mess, The genius said yes its a mess this is unacceptable WOW what a statement at least I know my eyes see the same thing he sea's. I think if I had made a seen that would have gotten the attention this screw up required. The dealership owner should have seen this mess. But know i take the high road calm i ask him how he is going to fix this " he said i can offer to detail the car at a later date of my choice. I thought to myself wonderful your willing to cleanup the mess you made wonderful. they were closing 5pm friday. How about a loaner i cannot get into my car without sitting in grease. He said i didn't buy my car from us so no loaner. Last Mistake. I should have take the car directly to Mercedes Benz of New York City it is a corporate store run directly by Mercedes Benz and shown them this magnificent workmanship. Summaries if you get a bad feeling listen to it run away don't think it will get better. I dropped the car off long story short i asked if they wanted me to show the cleaner were the grease is they said it wasn't needed. Wrong the detailer missed some spots and left a residue on the carpets. I had the car detailed on my own. But advisor lost no knowledge of engines or repair sense. There were a whole lot of stupid conversation and emails. Long short i would not bring my sons little red wagon, and to boot i have 3 porsche and lincoln and Tahoes too many to remember. Also I worked as a mechanic full time for years. And never would have given back a car in such shape. SINCE THIS EXPERIENCE I HAVE REPAIRED THE GL ON MY OWN. GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER AND AROMATIC COMPRESSOR NEVER WILL GO BACK. NEVER THOUGHT THIS VEHICLE WOULD BREAK THIS OFFTEN. It is not that of a complicated vehicle but for a dealer to disrespect a customer intelligence is so wrong. Lastly the advisor said he doesn't remember having the conversation nice way of calling me a lier. I always ask the nature of a part prior to giving the ok to install on my car especially when the repair is so costly and as a tech i openly offer this information when installing parts on my customers equipment. last straw they keep car for almost 3 months destroy the inside and later looking at the bill there was a sensor replaced I asked for all parts to be returned to me. I had to buy the turbo back almost $500.00 and they gave me the fuel samples but not the sensor. More
Almost quit MB because of Cherry Hill MB Service is important to me; and it should be important to you. It however, is not important to Cherry Hill MB. This place is so self-important that th Service is important to me; and it should be important to you. It however, is not important to Cherry Hill MB. This place is so self-important that they are fine treating you like they are doing a favor just by agreeing to service your car. Their service team's speed is glacial. If I arrive at 7am before the doors open, why am I still sitting in their lobby at 2pm; just for an oil change and wiper blades? When I've reported a problem I was experiencing with my vehicle during an annual service visit, I've been told, "look we're really busy today, we'll look into that another time.....you can just bring it back". No, I scheduled my appointment, reported the issue, and arrived on time. Why should I be treated like my needs aren't important? And then to receive a $1200 bill on top is the equivalent of them saying "go ahead an grab your ankles.... and thank me for the pleasure." Did I forget to mention that my service guy would repeatedly ask me to highly rate him on certain survey questions? He would make it a point to stress which questions I should give him all 5's. No sir. Your entire shop is a half-star at best. When It was time for me to get a new car, I took my business elsewhere. More
